"In 6 months, I'm 25 pounds lighter; stronger and leaner!"

Hiking is my favorite hobby, and I’ve always dreamed of hiking in beautiful places throughout this country and the world as long as I can, with my husband, family, and friends.  But that dream clouded a bit in fall 2011 when I didn’t feel well hiking a familiar trail to Inspiration Point here in the Phoenician desert.  

​The tipping point in my post-50 life was confronting that moment.  My doctor, a well-respected physician nationwide, who chooses testing procedures wisely, advised a simple coronary screening and subsequent testing as needed.  The results were in.  I wasn’t nearly as healthy as I imagined myself to be, and found myself confronting what I dreaded. . . a pharmaceutical solution.   Refusing to give in to the drug solution, I told my doctor that my friends (also his patients) had worked with Lance Dreher (aka. "Doctor Fitness") and I was amazed and delighted for them at the fabulous results they had.  He agreed that I should give Lance a try.  Disciplined, determined, but skeptical of the dietary changes required, I immersed myself into the diet plan and exercise regime that Lance recommended.

Six months later, I was 25 pounds lighter, much stronger and leaner, filled with energy, and according to my friends, I was in a great mood! No wonder!!  I felt great and looked great.  The final confirmation would be the blood tests again.  And every area in my blood work improved significantly, taking me out of the risk categories and into phenomenal good health.  My doctor was impressed, and happily noted so on my medical record!  Throughout my journey, Lance has been clear & consistent in advisement and helped me stay the course.   Now I am back to hiking in beautiful places with people I love!  Life is good.

"I lost 22 pounds in time for my 50th class reunion!"

Three months ago I decided to do something about my weight.  

I was wearing 34 inch waist  pants and shorts that were extremely tight.  I probably should have been wearing at least 35 inch or larger.  

My motivation to lose weight was my upcoming high school class reunion, our 50th. I decided I wanted to attend my class reunion looking as good as possible.  

Living in Illinois and him being in Arizona presented a problem until I saw a post on Facebook of a
gentleman he had coach via the internet.  

I e-mailed asking if he still did that. He responded affirmatively. That was in June. Around mid July we started our correspondence. Between July and September I lost 22 pounds, and most of that was from off my waist.

The goal now is to keep it off.

The key to success is perseverance, accountability on a daily basis and a lifestyle change.

For anyone with weight issues, I can’t recommend Lance’s services highly enough. Lance is a joy to work with, extremely knowledgeable in his field and as humble as the day is long.

"I lost 70 pounds and 6 inches of waistline!"

I met Lance by chance and it turned out to be my lucky day. When I started working with him, I was overweight and out-of-shape. I began my transformation on December 22nd of last year and since then have lost 70 pounds and 6 inches of waistline.

I’m nearing my goal weight and now focused on replacing fat with muscle. Lance has developed an eating and exercise regime for me that works. There are no magic pills. He has me getting healthy the old fashioned way. I eat right and follow his exercise plan for me.

One of Lance’s secrets is in his demand for personal accountability. He can only help you if you’re willing to put in the effort to improve yourself.
